As a business, are you going to pick and pack your orders yourself?

This is something you need to decide quite early on.

If you aren’t going to do this then you will need to look into something called third party logistics. They will pick, pack, and ship your items so you don’t have to.

Hire Employees

Are you going to hire employees to help you run your business or are you going to do it alone?

Many business owners assume they can handle it, so start off on their own.

However, running a business isn’t easy and you might need some help along the way.

Think about hiring just one or two employees to start off with, that might be all you need.

They can take some of the projects and tasks off your hands, taking some much needed weight off your shoulders. 

Design Your Website 

Finally, think about your website. When your main office doors are shut, your website will be the place where customers and clients are going to be placing orders.

This needs to be strong, stable, and easy to navigate.

Don’t forget that you will have customers and clients who won’t be tech savvy.
